In keeping with the rest of this atlas: a hearing or testimony is logged as an event that took place, never as a claim confirmed true. It grows as the record does.
A defense outlet reported that AARO is investigating a Navy-reported event of roughly 100 airborne objects and two likely uncrewed surface craft off Virginia's coast. Single-source; investigation ongoing, no primary AARO document yet.

Alongside historical material (the 1948 Project Sign report, an internal Blue Book review, the 1949 Los Alamos “green fireballs”) it included military infrared videos that AARO lists as unresolved — i.e. unexplained on current data, not a finding about origin.
